  • Inflatable bubble wrap is being used for product wrapping before handing over to the third party courier company. We are not 100% guarantee the good looking of the cookies or goods due to those Delay Risk, Damage Risk and other potential risk is not under our control during the delivery. Once we handing over the parcel to the third party courier company, there will be no refund or replaceable as considered sold.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be charged by your local authorities upon the arrival of your package. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Cookies with slight cracks and uneven looks are normal, as they are all handmade

The net weight stated may have a bit of deviation from the actual weight; if you are really particular about it, please consider this before purchase.

Items sold are not refundable/replaceable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Items are badly cracked upon received. (with proof)
  • Part of the items are missing upon received. (with proof)
  • Pastry or Mooncake is moldy upon received. (with proof)

If the product is damaged when you first receive it (excluding cases involving third-party shipping or courier services), please contact us for refunds or replacements immediately upon receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for the information provided when placing an order. As such, we will not be held responsible for any mistakes or delays in delivery due to any incorrect information provided (e.g. incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided).

  • Any cancellation and changes related to the courier you are required to give us at least 48 hours of notice prior to the courier.

  • All our products will be ship by our appointed third party logistic company, during the delivery transit all responsibility will be passed between the logistic company and the customer.

  • While the delivering driver would like to deliver your item on time, please note that we are not able to promise on the delivery date. All deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. Neither the delivering company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any loss incurred in the delay of delivery date or time.

  • We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This inclusive if there are no people to receive the item during the delivery at any time.

  • You are also to ensure that on the delivering address, the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be time where driver will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery, and there will be time where driver will need to be able to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided and thus need your guidance. In such case if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable or unanswered, we or our delivering partner will not be responsible for any delay cause by such reasons or circumstances similar to the above.

  • Our delivery partner’s coverage area could change from time to time without prior notice. If you have placed an order and it’s out of our delivering coverage area, our company has the right to cancel and refund any order placed, with prior inform to the customer.

  • In the absent of receiver during the delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.

Process of Return Parcel

Message us regarding the Cookies condition. Once return or refund process approve, we will generate Consignment note for you.
You have to print the consignment note and stick on the parcel before hand it to courier service

If you inconvenience to print our consignment note, you may write the tracking ID & Shipper Name on the shipment and show the label for courier services to scan during pick up.
